CLOSEOUT AND COMMISSIONING
We believe it is of paramount importance to have a strong and successful finish. As part of our closeout and commissioning process, we proactively manage the general contractor to make sure all closeout material is complete, provided in a timely manner and verify that the GC has met their contractual obligations.

14,000 SF Office Renovation
Jetty Advisors served as the project manager for the occupied renovation of Preti Flaherty’s offices at 60 State Street in downtown Boston. Jetty led a collaborative process with the architect, contractor and owner to achieve the overall aesthetic goals while maintaining the budgetary requirements established for the project. A new reception and conference area expanded Preti’s ability to host large internal and external gatherings.
