For over 30 years, Cerulli has been at the forefront of the financial services industry, delivering groundbreaking market intelligence and strategic business recommendations. It is their mission to arm their clients with the data, research, and advice they need to grow.
As the project manager, Jetty Advisors provided comprehensive project management services to Cerulli Associates on their office relocation. Jetty worked alongside the brokerage team to advise on the terms of the work letter during lease negotiations to ensure they were in alignment with industry standards for a TI allowance deal. During the project, Jetty worked with the architect and general contractor to ensure the established budgetary parameters and schedule were maintained and delivered the project on time and on budget. Features of the finished space include baseball memorabilia themed conference rooms, a roof deck and stunning views of Boston’s Back Bay.
ACLU of Massachusetts

ACLUM is the state affiliate of the national American Civil Liberties Union. They defend the principles enshrined in the Massachusetts Declaration of Rights as well as the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Because their work often involves frequent visits to the state house, finding a location in close proximity was paramount.
Jetty Advisors provided comprehensive project management and furniture services for the relocation of ACLUM’s Boston office. We worked alongside the brokerage team to ensure that lease language for the turn key delivery included a project timeline that balanced concerns around supply chain delays and ACLU’s return to work policy for its’ employees. The new office space brings all employees onto a single floor with much needed collaboration space and workstyle flexibility. The space features an art wall collaboration project with the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, a public meeting space and presentation room for media events.

Preti Flaherty is a New England based law firm known for bringing new approaches and innovative solutions to all major fields of law. They serve Commercial, Regulatory and Litigation clients across the US and beyond.
Jetty Advisors served as the project manager for the occupied renovation of Preti Flaherty’s offices at 60 State Street in downtown Boston. Jetty led a collaborative process with the architect, contractor and owner to achieve the overall aesthetic goals while maintaining the budgetary requirements established for the project. A new reception and conference area expanded Preti’s ability to host large internal and external gatherings. An additional pantry, dining area and support spaces were integrated throughout the space to enhance the workspace for employees and their clients.
DCAMM

DCAMM is responsible for capital planning, public building construction, facilities management, and real estate services for the Commonwealth. The Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) is the agency of state government with the statutory authority and responsibility to organize, develop, coordinate, and improve library services throughout the Commonwealth.
Jetty Advisors was hired by 90 Canal LLC to provide project management services for the turnkey fit-out of the State of Massachusetts, Division of Capital Asset Management (“DCAMM”)’s, Board of Library Overseers’ new offices. Since the Board of Library Overseers is a state run agency, coordinating all requirements and specifications with DCAMM to ensure the space met the state’s specific criteria relating to the built space was paramount. In addition to the office project, we also managed base building improvements on behalf of the landlord to ensure a synchronized completion. Critical to the projects’ success was our ability to manage budget expectations, schedule and other critical lease obligations necessary to ensure a successful outcome for all parties.

27 Willow Bend is located steps from Chatham’s Main Street and a short walk to the famous Lighthouse Beach. The gut renovation included the addition of a new portico entry and shed dormer to accommodate a new primary bedroom and en suite bathroom. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home includes 3 floors of living space and incorporates high-end finishes and unique design details throughout. The outdoor space features a 60 foot stone wall, mahogany decking with hidden hatch, bluestone walkways, a post and beam shed and extensive landscaping package.
As the development and project manager, Jetty Advisors led the design and construction of this unique Chatham home. Jetty established and managed the project budget and schedule, zoning submissions and approvals, procurement contracts and provided onsite trade supervision. The home was completed in 8 months and achieved a 51% return on investment.

The space features height adjustable workstations, huddle rooms flanked with idea paint and conference rooms with technology to support collaboration between their global offices. Jetty provided comprehensive project management services including: pre-lease site selection analysis, work letter negotiation, budget and schedule development, vendor coordination and delivery oversight.

IGS is a strategy consulting firm that provides M&A diligence and strategic market insight for private equity and corporate clients.
The scope of work included prelease site selection through design and construction administration. The finished space includes a client reception/café area, conference rooms, private offices, a trading area and open office space. The 14 week project was completed on time and on budget.
RFX Inc.

RFX is a 3rd generation, family owned innovative multimodal transportation provider. The woman owned business is one of the top freight logistics forwarding companies in the US. With recruitment of top talent front of mind, the decision was made to move their headquarters from a suburban industrial park to a thriving urban center close to public transportation, eateries and lush green space. The wellbeing focused workspace includes height adjustable worksurfaces, standing height conference and huddle rooms and a variety of collaboration spaces.
Jetty was brought on board during prelease negotiations for the turnkey delivery. We assisted RFX in securing higher end finishes, additional infrastructure to support their electrical requirements and most importantly a realistic completion date to avoid additional labor costs. Jetty competitively procured AV, IT, security and furniture and coordinated all owner furnished items with the landlord’s general contractor. The project was completed on time and under budget.
The Rockport Group

The Rockport Group, maker of men’s and women’s footwear, relocated their global headquarters to West Newton, MA.
The project involved the transformation of a brick and beam building into a state of the art facility housing over 200 employees. The space includes a product showroom, product development and collaboration areas, a full service kitchen and outdoor courtyard. Services provided included comprehensive project management from pre-lease site selection to overall project execution.
Wolverine Worldwide
155,000 SF Regional Headquarters Relocation

The new Wolverine campus is home to the Sperry, Saucony, Keds and Stride Rite brands. It was designed as an innovation center, built to not only accelerate the speed of innovation, but showcase Wolverine’s brands’ strength, attract top talent from the surrounding and encourage collaboration among both the associates and local community.
Comprehensive project management services were provided for the project; from prelease site selection through design and construction administration. The build-to-suit required close coordination between the landlord’s base building and interiors teams to ensure design intent was achieved and aligned with Wolverine’s budget and schedule. The project was completed in five months.
