FURNITURE SERVICES

Furniture decisions are often overlooked as critical path and if not carefully planned and executed can have immediate and lasting effect on the overall success of the project.  We work in concert with the design firm to ensure our client’s design, functional needs, budget and schedule requirements are met.

SPECIALTY VENDORS & CONSULTANTS

We procure and manage specialty vendors and/or consultants that are critical to a project’s success. Vendors include IT, Cabling, Audio/Visual, Security, Sound, Signage and Branding.

RELOCATION MANAGEMENT

We work closely with our clients to develop an approach and strategy for relocating their offices with minimal disruptions. Our process begins with early planning, identifying the scope of work and critical dates – with the overarching goal of minimizing downtime and moving our clients to their new home seamlessly.

CLOSEOUT AND COMMISSIONING

We believe it is of paramount importance to have a strong and successful finish. As part of our closeout and commissioning process, we proactively manage the general contractor to make sure all closeout material is complete, provided in a timely manner and verify that the GC has met their contractual obligations.
