75,000 SF Global Headquarters Relocation

The Rockport Group, maker of men’s and women’s footwear relocated their global headquarters to West Newton, MA.

The project involved the transformation of a brick and beam building into a state of the art facility housing over 200 employees. The space includes a product showroom, product development and collaboration areas, a full service kitchen and outdoor courtyard. Services provided included comprehensive project management from pre-lease site selection to overall project execution.
