As the project manager, Jetty Advisors provided comprehensive project management services to Cerulli Associates on their office relocation.  During lease negotiations, Jetty advised on the terms of the work letter to ensure they were in alignment with industry standards for a TI allowance deal.  Throughout design and construction, Jetty oversaw the architect and general contractor to make sure the established budgetary parameters and schedule were maintained and delivered on both objectives.  Features of the finished space include sports memorabilia themed conference rooms, a roof deck and stunning views of Boston’s Back Bay.
