Al brings 30+ years of commercial real estate expertise to Jetty Advisors. Having led Project Management teams for both Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, Al brings strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving projects to a successful completion – on time and on budget. His experience working with local clients as well as international firms on multi market rolls outs gives him a unique perspective on how to set up projects for success. From the early stages of site selection and prelease negotiations through design, construction and move in, he strives to exceed his clients’ expectations. Al holds his MA Construction Supervisors License and is a LEED AP®. His clients include: BMC Software, Citizens Bank, Clear Motion, Investor Services Group, Living Proof, The Rockport Group, Taurus Investments, Verizon and Wolverine Worldwide.

Al is a supporter of the MSPCA, Wounded Warrior Project and volunteers for Rosie’s Place and All Hands and Hearts. He is an avid runner, outdoors enthusiast, New England Patriots fan and enjoys all things Cape Cod.
